Cancellation Policy
     If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
Hotel Cancellation:

+15 Days before requested arrival date There is a 7% of paid amount as administration and banking charge
14 - 7 Days before requested arrival date There is a 10% administration and banking charge
6 - 3 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of one night
2 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.

NOTE: The above rates are valid for all hotels offered at eHotelAustralia.com, unless otherwise stated by Online Agent upon confirmation of booking also excepting High/ Peak tourist season for Thailand specified below. Many hotels have cancellation policy that is different from General Refund Policy posted here. If there are chances of cancellation, please clarify refund policy with Online Agent in advance.

High Season (Thailand)
Period : January 16 - April 30 and November 1 - December 14 for all destinations and
January 16 - April 30

15 days (or more) prior to check-in 7% of total room price will apply for handling and banking fees.
15 days (or less) prior to check-in One night penalty plus handling fee (7%) will be charged.
7 days (or less) prior to check-in TWO night penalty plus handling fee (7%) will be charged.

In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made.
Amendment need to be made not less then 10 working days* prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, contact our reservation directly).

We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

Peak Season (Thailand)
+30 Days before trip commencement There is 7% banking and handling fees.
15 - 30 days 70% will be refunded
7 - 14 days 50% will be refunded
Less than 7 days no refund

Amendments need to be made no less then 18 days prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, contact our reservation directly).

We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

No refunds on early check outs. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

Tour Cancellation:

+30 Days before trip commencement There is 7% banking and handling fees.
15 - 30 days 70% will be refunded
7 - 14 days 50% will be refunded
Less than 7 days no refund

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted. The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although PassionAsia will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
